Active Sussex runs a programme of workshops to provide opportunities for the continued personal development of coaches and volunteers. Browse our upcoming courses and those from other local providers.

Active Sussex and the National Skills Academy have come together to create a range of online training courses specifically tailored for those working in sports clubs – offering a more flexible approach to learning for busy coaches and volunteers.

Booking your place

To book a place on an Active Sussex workshop please complete the workshop booking form and return, along with your payment. You will then be sent confirmation. For training run by other organisations, please contact the person listed.

The cost of attending an Active Sussex workshop is between £25-£30 (this depends on the workshop you wish to book, as tutor and resource costs vary). Discounts are offered to clubs that have achieved or are working towards Clubmark accreditation.

Places on Active Sussex workshops are not confirmed until we receive your payment. Can’t find what you're looking for?

Active Sussex runs the Minimum Operating Standard workshops for clubs and coaches, required for Clubmark accreditation. However, we appreciate that some clubs require a more diverse range of workshops to continue to develop.
