'FREE' MSMAS Judo was introduced in 2008 to mark the first 20 years of the Mid Sussex Martial Arts School teaching Judo in that Olympic year. As the MSMAS enter into their 3rd decade of training these free Sessions are fully funded by the 'Tenshin Kan Youth Foundation'.
