Jack Rolfe from The Coaching Lab will be delivering two high quality workshops for Sussex sports coaches and activity leaders. The training is aligned to the Play Their Way campaign and child/participant first coaching.
This workshop explores how coaches and teachers can intentionally create positive sporting experiences by design, not by luck. Grounded in games-based learning, Game Sense principles, and player-centred coaching, participants will learn how to engage every learner — not just the confident, skilled, or vocal few.
