Organisations who employ individuals or have volunteers who carry out regulated activity with children or adults have a legal duty to refer to DBS if certain conditions are met.

This one-hour webinar is designed to support sport organisations to understand their legal duty to refer to DBS and will be delivered by Kelly Matthews, DBS Regional Outreach Adviser for South East of England.
