The webinar will be hosted by Active Sussex and delivered by Gordon MacLelland, founder and CEO of the organisation Working with parents in sport. The webinar will cover what parental engagement looks like, the positives and challenges of sports parents, managing dreams and expectations, support, consistency and alignment and supporting the coaching workforce in their role.
