This virtual forum will reflect on the Activity Alliance’s workforce gap report and explore how the sport and physical activity sector can improve its recruitment and retention strategies for disabled people.
We will be joined by the new Activity Alliance Strategic Partnership Advisor to reflect on the workforce gap report locally. Partners will share good practice examples and we will take a look at the Disability Confident Scheme. There will also be opportunities for questions and further discussions.
The virtual forum will be held via Zoom and will take place from 11.30am-1.00pm.
