Children and Young People

Activities and support to help children and young people to be active at home. There are also resources for young people with disabilities or long term health conditions.

Children and young people should be physically active for at least an average of 60 minutes per day across the week. Despite the many challenges that Covid-19 brings, it is vitally important that children and young people continue to be active for their physical and mental wellbeing. In fact, physical activity may be more important than ever during this unprecedented and difficult situation.
