Activities and support to help children and young people to be active at home. There are also resources for young people with disabilities or long term health conditions.
Children and young people should be physically active for at least an average of 60 minutes per day across the week. It is vitally important that children and young people continue to be active for their physical and mental wellbeing.

Active On Demand is an online tool full of FREE video workouts for adults, children, older adults and people with long term conditions and disabilities.
Access loads of free indoor games and activities for children so they can still get the 60 minutes of daily physical activity they need – even when they cannot get outside!
