As part of Carers Active April Campaign, this community of learning session highlighted details of Carers UK - Carers Active Campaign, and why physical activity is especially important for carers, many of whom spend more time looking after others than themselves.
The aim of the Community of Learning session was to:
● Share insight from carers regarding barriers to being active
● Share range of information, advice and resources available
● Hear from local partners around supporting/engaging with carers
● Provide an opportunity to connect and consider collaborations
