This document had been created to provide a blueprint of the delivery of the annual ‘This Girl Can Be Inspired’ event, first delivered in March 2024 for Brighton and Hove schools.
It has primarily been created as a resource to support School Games Organisers in developing a similar event, but can also be used by schools, clubs and community organisations who want to explore ways of engaging with inactive or less active girls.
Longer-term reflections and been added (March 2026) following learnings from planning and delivery the 2025 and 2026 events.
