Video - How you play the Paralympic sport boccia and what makes it inclusive

In this video, Louis Saunders, a Sussex Paralympian, explains how he was introduced to boccia through the Sussex School Games programme when he was younger, and why he enjoys playing the sport.

The video also looks at how it helps people with different long-term health conditions, both physically and mentally, as well as people with various learning difficulties and disabilities.

Filming for this video took place at a weekly Boccia session held at the King Alfred in Hove and run by Freedom Leisure. Filming also took place at the annual Sussex Parallel Youth Games, organised and run by Active Sussex.
