We asked partners what they needed to help understand the local area. A major request was for insight. So we produced analysis showing what populations are inactive in each Local Authority District. Get in touch if you would like to see your local area.
Our Insight Officer Mac gets a lot of requests for useful local insight. We thought it would save people time if we could link them to the best data sets in one document. We took Active Lives data to help show what populations are less active in each Local Authority area.
This helps identify highest areas of opportunity. Groups that have high need (lowest levels of activity) and matches them with larger populations (compared to English averages).
This resource should act as a first step intelligence gathering exercise. It recommends local consultation to better understand people's experiences.
