Description:

Active Sussex requires support with managing it’s day to day digital communications, including its social networking sites, newsletters and website, to ensure consistent corporate messaging across all Active Sussex organisational areas, and help drive awareness of sport and physical activity opportunities from a broad range of partners in the county.

Messaging will include the promotion and publicising of Active Sussex, Sport England and Stakeholder programmes, events, insight, campaigns, tools, resources, best practice, strategies, consultations, and funding streams.

Wellbeing Project Coordinator (Weight Management Lead)

Title: Wellbeing Project Coordinator (Weight Management Lead), Crawley Borough Council

Hours: Part-time, Salary: £22,893 per annum pro rata to £24,612 per annum pro rata, Location: K2, Crawley , Closing Date: 26/09/2021

Description:

This role will be responsible for coordinating the WOW (Weight Off Workshop) programme delivered at a variety of community venues across Crawley as well as providing a virtual offer to help reduce the numbers of people who are overweight and obese. WOW offers both referred and self-referred participants a free 12 week weight management course and the coordinator will be responsible for managing all future courses as well as overseeing a small delivery team of casual Weight Management Advisors and Instructors. You will also be responsible for reporting on the service key quarterly performance indicators.
