What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products/services via Eventbrite. This includes: First Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number, Address, Organisation, Gender, Birth Date, Age, Local Authority, Disability, Ethnic Origin and Gift Aid status. All card information is safely stored by Eventbrite. For more details regarding this, please click here. They are registered with both Visa and MasterCard as a PCI-compliant Service Provider.
We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback via Survey Monkey and participate in competitions.

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We use your information collected from the website to help personalise your repeat visits to our website.
Active Sussex will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other third party companies. Access to the data will be limited to Active Sussex staff, and specific relevant staff of partner organisations where this is necessary to provide the service to you, such as external tutors for workshops you have booked onto or leisure operator staff where you are competing in a competition that you have entered.
