Rugby League is a fast, free-flowing game where teams compete to score tries and goals. The main version of the sport is full contact, but there are a number of non-contact and limited contact variants of the game that make it accessible for all kinds of players.
The Rugby Football League (RFL) administers the game in England.
Brighton & Hove RL are the only club in Sussex. In addition to men’s and women’s teams, they offer weekly X-League sessions – a limited-contact variant that’s mixed-gender and suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
