The Sussex Health Instructor Network aims to develop and support instructors/personal trainers that are part of the exercise referral pathway and/or working with participants with long-term health conditions. The first network meeting will take place on Tuesday 13th of June from 10am-12.30pm at the Amex Stadium.
This is an exciting opportunity for specialist health instructors with a passion to improve the wellbeing and outcomes of people living with long term health conditions, to connect with like-minded professionals to share good practice and challenges.
The inaugural meeting will give instructors further information about the development plans for the network. There will be guest speakers from health partners working across the Sussex health system, with a view to improve the pathway for people living with long term conditions. As well as plenty of opportunities for discussions and networking.
Come along to contribute to the network and help to provide a stronger, more connected health instructor community in Sussex.
