The This Girl Can Sussex Network aims to inspire more women and girls to move more, and help break down the barriers that prevent so many from being physically active. We hold events throughout the year looking at different aspects that impact on women being active and share inspirational stories of Sussex women.
We need your help to inspire more women and girls to move more, and help break down the barriers that prevent so many from being physically active.
Whether you are an individual or representing an organisation, come join the network to shout about the amazing opportunities available and to hear from inspirational women with different abilities, interests and personal incentives as to why they stay active and to help understand the real life barriers some women and girls face to participating.
It couldn’t be easier to get involved!
